The leaves of this are harvested
from the high peaks of Mount Meng, in Sichuan Province, and we have
secured a small allocation of this limited supply tea. Tiny shoots
picked at their freshest give this tea a bright, springtime flavour.
Soft, downy little leaves when dry, they open out into vivid green
shoots made up of the tiniest leaves. A hint of sweetness is present
in the aroma with touches of citrus and green olive flavour. This
is a delicate tea that shows off the best of what new season tea
