TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Despatch
Items purchased through www.greenteaonline.co.uk will usually be dispatched
within two working days (if payment is by cheque, then items will be dispatched
when the cheque has cleared). If an item is out of stock and we are unable
to dispatch it within three working days, we will advise you by e-mail
and offer a full refund or an alternative item.
2. Returns
If any item you purchase from the site fails to meet your complete approval
please return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt
to receive a full refund of the item’s cost or a replacement if
available. An order can be cancelled within seven days of receipt but
the item can only be returned if unopened.
3. Orders and Payment
Items can be ordered and credit/debit card payment made through the online
Order and Payment Form.
Items can be ordered by e-mail at sales@greenteaonline.co.uk.
The total cost will be confirmed by a return e-mail and cheques
should be sent to ABERNESS HEALTH LTD., Silvertree, Duchal
Road, Kilmacolm, PA13 4AY . Cheques should be made out
to ABERNESS HEALTH LTD. Orders will not be despatched
until a cheque has cleared.
4. Postage
A charge of £2.50 will be made on all orders of loose tea,
for packing and postage within the U.K.
A charge of £4.50 will be made for orders of glassware, for
packing and postage within the U.K.
5. Availability
The availability of fresh teas can depend on a number of variables, including
harvests. We reserve the right to alter the variety and price of the teas
offered on the website at short notice.
